Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: How soon can I expect to see results?

Most participants report noticeable improvements in near-vision clarity and reduced eye strain within 3–4 weeks of consistent training (10–20 minutes a day). That said, results vary based on age, baseline vision, and how consistently you train.

From our early testing:

42% needed reading glasses less often by Week 6

68% reported smoother eye movements by Week 4

You’ll also get access to weekly self-assessments to track your progress.

Question 2: Is this program safe for people with cataracts or glaucoma?

Optic Regen was designed for adults with age-related presbyopia (slow focus, eye fatigue, reliance on readers). If you’ve been diagnosed with conditions like cataracts, glaucoma, or retinal disease, we recommend speaking with your eye doctor before participating.

If you ever experience pain, light sensitivity, or sudden vision changes, pause immediately and consult a professional.

Question 3: What if I don’t have time for daily drills?

You don’t need to carve out big chunks of time. Most drills can be done in 2–5 minute sets, spread throughout your day.
Think:

While coffee brews

During commercial breaks

Right after brushing your teeth

As long as you hit 10–20 minutes total per day, you’re on track. It’s not about perfection—it’s about momentum.

Question 4: Will I have to do these exercises forever?

No — but maintenance matters.

Just like any part of your body, your visual system responds best with consistent attention. Once you complete the program, you’ll have the tools to keep your vision sharp long-term.

If you ever start to notice tension, fatigue, or clarity slipping—that’s your signal. Knock out a few sets and get back on track. You’re not dependent on us—you’re equipped for life.
