1. Overview

These Terms of Use govern your participation in the Optic Regen Beta Program. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

2. Beta Program Access

Access to Optic Regen is by invitation only and subject to approval. All participants must:

Be 18 years or older

Agree to the Beta Program Agreement

Commit to the full 6-week training structure

Use the program content for personal, non-commercial purposes only

3. Intellectual Property

All content, training protocols, videos, lesson materials, and designs are the exclusive property of Kim Jones and Athletic Neuro, DBA. You may not:

Download, copy, reproduce, or share any materials

Distribute, sell, or publicly display content

Repackage or modify the program in any form

All access is stream-only and time-limited.

4. Disclaimers

The Optic Regen program is a wellness training experience, not a medical treatment.

It does not diagnose, cure, or treat any medical condition.

Results are not guaranteed and vary based on individual effort.

Participation is voluntary and does not imply entitlement to compensation or support beyond the scope of the Beta.

5. Limitation of Liability

You agree to hold harmless Kim Jones, Athletic Neuro, and all associated parties from any claims related to:

Injuries

Vision changes (positive or negative)

User dissatisfaction

Loss of access or data

6. Program Termination

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates the Beta Agreement, shares content without permission, or fails to meet participation standards.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
